As a member of SCAILEX GmbH, you will be on an exciting journey in the field of legal tech and next generation digitalization.

As part of our service team, you are the contact person for our customers and clients. Due to many special cases and our digital way of working, your area of responsibility is varied and interesting. Our team is constantly growing and the topics are dynamic - therefore you can rely on personal as well as professional growth.

The following tasks await you in detail:

• Telephone and written communication with our clients and customers
• (Digital) checking and processing of incoming documents from our customers and clients with regard to quality and completeness
• Categorization and pre-qualification of documents
• Administrative tasks

• You have successfully completed your commercial training and have already been able to gain initial work experience
• Alternatively, you have already gained comparable professional experience in which you have successfully demonstrated your abilities
• You have fun and enjoy communicating with people
• Your strengths include solution-oriented action and thinking
• You always pay attention to an outstanding quality of your work
• You are a team player, doer and digital affine
• You have a high level of service orientation and are always customer-focused
• You have comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office package and are quick to learn new systems
• You have very good written and spoken German skills

• You are interested in the topics of legal tech and digitalization
