- Strategic development and conception of new marketing strategies
- Setup & ongoing optimization of 7-figure performance campaigns on Facebook, Outbrain, Taboola and Google.
- Full responsibility for our ROI and team of Juniors.
- Development of cross-channel online strategies
- Reporting results, deriving recommendations for action
- Ongoing testing of new marketing ideas
What we want from you
- You already have a lot of experience on Facebook, Google, or Native
- You understand the psychology of marketing and are familiar with the book Influence
- You enjoy selling things to people
- You are creative and still good with numbers
- You are extremely ambitious
- If you already have experience using tools like Photoshop etc. that's a plus
- As a predominantly remote working team, one thing is essential for us: You work independently, independently, disciplined and can structure yourself well.
