Senior Operations Manager (m|f|d)

As a member of SCAILEX GmbH, you are on an exciting journey in the field of legal tech and next generation digitization.

As Senior Operations Manager (m|w|d) you will be responsible for the further expansion of our location in Cottbus and the management of a team in the back office.
You will support the recruitment, induction and be responsible for the management of a team of about 15 people. Special focus is on the continuous training, development and motivation of your team.

In detail, the following tasks await you:

• Support in onboarding
• Analysis of team performance via KPI dashboards, daily/weekly reports - Identification of individual performance, optimization potentials and trends
• Continuous training of the team to optimize and ensure high productivity and service quality
• Capacity management/staff scheduling/reporting
• Organization and optimization of workflows
• Cross-team collaboration (marketing, IT, legal)

• You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g. human resources management, economics, business informatics) or have a comparable qualification
• You have already gained 5 years of relevant professional experience in an operational management position and have relevant experience in leading a remote team / cross-location team
• You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German and English skills and have a strong customer and service orientation
• You have the highest standards for the quality and time management of your work, are strong in prioritizing tasks and set clear goals for your team
• You work analytically and are strongly data-driven and can present your findings in an easily understandable way in the form of reports and presentations
• You bring good IT skills and are adept at using MS Office
