Your mission
- Administrative tasks
- Database maintenance, (digital) document review and processing
- Telephone and written communication with our clients and customers
- Handling correspondence between the courts and legal protection insurance companies
- Self-responsible client contact when obtaining information for processing legal protection insurance concerns
What we want from you
- You have successfully completed your commercial training, for example as a legal assistant (f/m/d), and ideally have some professional experience in the legal field.
- Career changers are also welcome: You have already been able to gain initial professional experience in which you have successfully demonstrated your abilities in the following areas
- You are no stranger to coverage inquiries, insurance policies and ARBs
- Solution-oriented action and thinking are among your strengths
- You always pay attention to an outstanding quality of your work
- You are a team player, doer and digital affine
- You have a high level of service orientation and are always customer-focused
- You have comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office package and are quick to learn new systems
- You have very good written and spoken German skills
- You have a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You are interested in the topics of legal tech and digitalization
